Accidentally my new Patron Saints of weather were transformed from an earlier series influenced by views from the deck and the
constant world surrounded by weather in living in the Lower Cape. This new series are a bit reminiscent of Mexican Retablos,
which are devotional paintings on canvas or tin which offer thanks to a particular saint in the form of a short narrative, believers
displayed them in home altars to honor their patron Saints. After doing much research I found that there are patron Saints of everything!
From good weather to wax melters.
